Owner/Head Trainer

Cody Finney

Boasting almost a decade of experience in the industry and over 100 clients under his belt, Cody wears two different hats as the owner and head trainer of Forge Fitness. Being a former collegiate athlete himself, Cody's specialty is sports performance and strength training. He prides himself on his ability to adjust the program on the fly as needed, and find ways to keep you progressing despite what life throws at you.

Channing Sturgis

Channing loves to see her clients achieve their own personal goals. Being a competitive powerlifter herself, she excels in strength training and conditioning. Channing works well with anyone and everyone, from middle school boys training for football season to older folks trying to accomplish everyday activities.

Avery Shoultes

Avery is a a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She first gained interest for fitness when she was fourteen years old running cross country. The interest quickly developed into a passion, and since then she has been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, through training and nutrition.
