Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating 45 minute full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstixs, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. This workout is designed for everyone and everyBODY.  Everything we do can be modified to fit your level of Fitness.


Spin can be an intense or relaxing cardio workout focusing on your legs and core with our little twist including dumbbells and bands. By following along to rhythms and instructions you can tone your muscles and build up your aerobic capacity.
